I must admit I have a secret love for festival fashion, it's so relaxed and comfy! You can wear pretty much anything and not feel under or over dressed. 

Stereosonic is one of my fav festivals because it's prime summer time so all you need is a relaxed singlet, denim shorts and some statement accessories! 

 

2012 really has pulled out the best Steresonic line up yet! With the likes of Tiesto, Avicii, Calvin Harris, my personal fav Major Lazor and many more below, I can guarantee that you won't be standing still once you walk in those gates...

I have never really been a fan of lipstick but after trying out the L'Oreal Pink Rose lippy I received in a goodie bag, I must say I'm pretty hooked!

Now that I have a new found love I can't wait to explore what else is available, watch out L'Oreal I'm coming shopping!

On this freezing Melbourne winters day I have found some warm summer comfort in the latest Forever New collection 'Tropical Paradise'.

The collection presents vivid brights and electric neons, ablaze with tropical flower prints and of course the girly feel that you get from any piece of Forever New clothing.

Simple style

I'm all about being comfortable in an outfit and thats why I believe you just can't go past a pair of good jeans, a white tee and some killer heels! 

Le Chien

Le Chien is one of my all time fav cafes! Tucked away in Seddon I was introduced to this hidden gem by my old Queen Street housemates. Both paramedics you know when they suggest a place the coffee is going to be good! 

The atmosphere is great, the food is fantastic and I've always received wonderful service from staff.  

The majority of my visits to Le Chien have been for breakfast, my orders rotating between the muesli and the avocado, tomato and feta on sour dough toast (pictured above). Everyone raves about the promote special but I haven't been game enough to try it just yet!

It seems everywhere I look these days I see a peplum garment waiting to be purchased. To me peplum oozes class but is also quite a versatile piece of clothing to own. Take my four photos below, they show the style of peplum used in several different ways - for style and class or casual and fun. 

I love this trend and can't wait to add a few more peplum pieces to my wardrobe... peplum perfect!
